Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between our clients business needs and our software development teams. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
  
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  
• Develop detailed business requirements documents use cases and functional specifications.
  
• Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
  
• Assist in the design and implementation of software solutions that meet client needs.
  
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  
• Provide ongoing support to clients during and after the implementation of software solutions.
  
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and present solutions.
  
• Analyze data to generate insights and support decisionmaking processes.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and software development.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in a software consulting environment.
  
• Strong understanding of business processes and software development life cycle (SDLC).
  
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
  
• Proficiency in using requirements management and project management tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence).
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or other relevant certification.
  
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
  
• Knowledge of specific industry domains relevant to the company s clients.
