The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing online support to customers, clients, and employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. The Online Support Assistant will be responsible for managing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing information about products and services. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
