Job Description



We are looking for a highly motivated and positive minded individual to join our clients CRM team. The CRM Executive s core responsibility is to master the execution of their marketing plan, making use of all marketing channels available.



ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is an iGaming company based in Pembroke, Malta, employing a diverse employee base providing excellent online casino experiences.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to Marketing Campaign Concepts through brainstorm sessions.
  • Build onsite pages, emails, SMSs, inbox messages & push notifications.
  • Maintain and update onsite content provided on their casino brands and languages.
  • Assure quality control on all communication formats through testing tasks.
  • Create and set up campaign bonuses.
  • Target and schedule campaign send-outs for all marketing channels using their CRM tools.
  • Analyze competitors and produce benchmarks (competitor analysis).
  • Detect marketing opportunities and actively propose marketing actions.
  • Comprehend Marketing KPIs to optimize campaigns.
  • Fulfil department and personal KPI s as delivered by management.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • iGaming experience is not a necessity but will be considered a plus.
  • Content writing experience is not a necessity but will be considered a plus.
  • A basic knowledge of CMS platforms, CRM tools and Marketing experience (preferable).
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language both verbal and written.
  • Highly motivated to achieve goals and strive for excellence.
  • Organized and able to keep focus and structure to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Takes high responsibility over assigned tasks.
  • Excellent communication and team working skills.
  • Passion and drive to work in a small but efficient and highly successful team.
  • Strong attention to detail.

EDUCATION

A Bachelors degree.
