About the role The Senior Data Engineer will play a crucial part within the company workingclosely with the Head of Data with the focus of building robustrealtime worldclass platform. The Engineer will be responsible forensuring data quality integrity and security through theimplementation of best practices and industrystandardtechniques. This role will help drive the Datafirst mindset throughout the company and will work closely withjunior members of the team. In addition this position will alsomentor and train less experienced developers. This IT consultancy is going through an interesting growth stageand will give this successful Data Engineer the opportunity to workon multiple existing and greenfield projects. About you To be considered for thisrole the successful candidate must have 8 years experience as aData Engineer with a Masters Degree or higher qualification in Computer Science or related field. Our clientis looking for someone who has a strong understanding of Python Java SQL etc. The ideal candidate would have worked in aconsultancy or fastpaced environment previously.
