Job Description
Kased Khair is hiring an Online Support / Customer Care Assistant in Lausanne. Salary starts at 24 CHF per hour.
Tasks
- Handle online customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues promptly.
- Provide detailed product information.
- Update and manage customer records.
- Process orders and returns efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 1year experience in Customer Service.
- Fluent in English and/or German.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must reside in Switzerland.
