Key Responsibilities:

• Manage labor certification applications
• Handle EB1 petitions
• Prepare and file nonimmigrant visa petitions
• Process J1 waiver applications
• Provide excellent client service and communication
• Demonstrate strong case management skills

Qualifications:

• 510 years of experience in business immigration law
• Excellent writing and client service skills
• High level of initiative and enthusiasm for client service

Preferred Experience:

• Broad experience in employmentbased immigration cases
