Key Responsibilities:
1. Job Posting and Recruitment:
Develop and post job advertisements on various job boards social media and company website.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate and conduct initial interviews and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
2. Employee Management:
Manage employee records and maintain uptodate HR databases.
Handle onboarding process for new hires including orientation and documentation.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
3. Training and Development:
Identify training needs and create development programs for employees.
Coordinate and conduct training sessions and workshops.
Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Support employees in their career development and growth within the company.
4. General HR Administration:
Assist in performance management processes.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in a confidential and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g. HRIS ATS).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
