Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Talend Developer to join our team in Mumbai at Skill Lab Services client organization.
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced individual with extensive knowledge of Talend Big Data solutions and Talend Studio including strong expertise in metadata creation configuration and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of ETL processes Big Data fundamentals and advanced proficiency in Spark Batch Spark and SQL. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on cuttingedge projects and play a significant role in driving the success of our data initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Talend Development:
- Develop implement and maintain Talend Big Data solutions using Talend Studio.
- Create configure and troubleshoot metadata within Talend Studio.
- Design and develop ETL processes for extracting transforming and loading data from various sources into target systems.
- Big Data Management:
- Utilize Talend Big Data components to manage and process large data sets.
- Implement efficient handling of big data workloads through Spark Batch and Spark processes.
- Optimize big data processing for scalability and performance.
- Project Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including data engineers data scientists and business analysts to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in project planning estimation and delivery while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Troubleshooting and Support:
- Identify and resolve issues related to data integration performance and scalability.
- Conduct root cause analysis for datarelated problems and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the data lifecycle.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Talend Big Data solutions and Talend Studio including metadata creation configuration and troubleshooting. Strong experience with ETL processes Big Data basics Spark Batch and Spark and SQL.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Talend development and big data management.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- ProblemSolving: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
