Overview:
The HR Executive plays a crucial role in the organizations human resources department contributing to the development and implementation of human resource policies. They are responsible for managing a wide range of HR activities including recruitment employee relations onboarding and compliance. The HR Executive is instrumental in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. They collaborate with various departments to address employee needs and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the recruitment process including job posting screening and interviewing candidates
- Handling employee relations by addressing employee queries and concerns
- Managing HRIS and ensuring accurate and uptodate employee records
- Conducting new employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Resolving conflicts and addressing workplace issues
- Developing and implementing performance management processes and tools
- Administering employee benefits and managing related inquiries
- Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Supporting management in HRrelated decisionmaking
- Conducting exit interviews and facilitating offboarding processes
- Participating in organizational development and culturebuilding initiatives
- Preparing and analyzing HR reports and metrics
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR
- Contributing to training and development programs for employees
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in HR roles with a minimum of 1 years experience
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Demonstrated problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in benefits administration and employee relations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of performance management processes and tools
- Experience in onboarding and offboarding processes
