Job Descriptions:
Lead an assessment of COMPANY s current digital platform capabilities and identify key gaps
according to findings from benchmarks to drive scoping and assessment activities
Develop COMPANY s digital strategy, KPIs, and implementation roadmaps/plans for the
deployment of technology and digital solutions and platforms
Define the digital platform project scope and key functionality requirements and fit for COMPANY
by mapping identified gaps to potential digital platform solutions and assessing the relevance
of potential platforms to COMPANY
Drive the development of a 5-year budget forecast prioritizing the roll out of digital solutions
in line with COMPANY s strategy and operational plans
Drive the design and piloting of digital platforms and solutions by providing digital platform
owners with input on COMPANY specific functionality requirements for digital platforms
Monitor and manage data analytics across digital platforms including the collection,
aggregation and integration of data inputs
Manage the process of feeding key outputs of data analytics across all digital platforms into
a centralized data visualization dashboard to increase transparency and support better
decision making
Lead the development of a performance monitoring framework to periodically assess the
utilization, effectiveness and compatibility of digital platforms and liaise with digital platform
providers to resolve any critical issues in a timely manner
Leading the Organization level IT planning, operations Implementing, administering
monitoring and reporting of all IT business applications, infrastructure and security which
includes IT solutions / Services hosted on premise.
Responsible for creating long term IT Strategies, policies and procedures and defining IT
roadmap aligned with business visions.
Developing roadmap for driving ERP Implementation and Improvements for leveraging
standard functionality to meet and support business objectives.
Functional and technical expertise for guiding configuration and development of ERP for
Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing and HR & Payroll modules.
Expertise in high-level technical guidance on Devops and software development life cycle
(SDLC) and assessment of cross-module dependencies & impact.
Expertise in designing complex plant networks architecture and topologies with various
network OEM s.
Leading in architecting Server virtualization technologies and expertise in managing Tier 3
data centers.
Expertise in developing Cloud Migration strategies and road map using various cloud
technologies.

Oversee cyber security latest threats and trends and develop roadmap for Implementing the
latest cyber security solution and dissemination of actionable strategic, technical, and tactical
network cyber information through status reporting and presentations.
Oversee IT and Digital trends such as upcoming technologies, assess their ROI/feasibility
and proposing innovative ways to optimize operating costs, increase efficiency and
effectiveness.
Facilitate and Chair regular workshop, project status meeting and steering Committee to
ensure the correct level of project control and governance for IT and Digital Projects
Participate in the enforcement of QMS and HSE Policy and procedures
Report any defect, hazard or near miss in the workplace which might endanger health &
safety, and environment and stop work if any hazard posing risk to HSE is identified
Participate and support all health, safety and environment initiatives offered by the
company including campaigns, trainings, emergency drills, etc.
