Open Position: Product Development Manager, Digital Transformation (Fintech Company)

An MNC Fintech Company is currently looking for Digital Product Development Manager to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for overall oversight of the digital fintech products, services, or platform as part of the transformation projects
  
• Lead the overall transformation design, customer journey mapping and product roadmaps together with Project Team and stakeholders
  
• Provide ongoing support and resolution of issues with digital products or services
  
• Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned digital products or services
  
• Manage the assigned digital fintech products, services or platforms with good understanding the overall product roadmaps
  
• Having experience in the software product developments within fintech, e-commerce, merchant and etc would be added advantage
  
• Lead discussions and business updates with regional stakeholders in APAC regions
  
• Good communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
