We re looking for a Business Development Manager who develops and implements a comprehensive student agent recruitment program, which includes identifying, contacting, and vetting potential new agents and conducting regular, systematic outreach to existing agents.

What are the daily tasks?
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of the student agent recruitment program
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for agents on our products, services, and marketing strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our agents and provide ongoing support, guidance, and feedback
- Manage and track the performance of agents, including monitoring their progress towards KPIs, providing feedback, and managing compensation
- Work with internal teams to ensure that our student agent program is aligned with our overall marketing and sales strategies

Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of experience in student agent recruitment, marketing, or sales
- Detailed knowledge of the Australian international student environment
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales strategies, as well as the student/agent recruitment process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with and motivate agents and students
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Experience working with data and analytics to track program performance and provide insight to the CEO to enable them to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-focused, with high levels of energy, resilience, and determination
- Outstanding attention to detail, the environment is a complex, dynamic one and requires a wise and curious approach and constant alertness to identify potential opportunities and ensure data integrity is maintained to a high standard
