OB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions.HR Specialist
responsibilities include preparing compensation and benefits packages setting up company policies and maintaining updated employee records. To be successful in this role you should have a good understanding of full cycle recruiting and solid knowledge. Ultimately you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times
15. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
16. Recruitment and onboarding of employees: creating job requisitions coordinating offer preemployment activities onboarding and applicable OFCCP reporting.
17. Generate necessary reports for payroll and HR. Coordinate all HR related documents for job/employee status changes for employees.
18. Plan coordinate and facilitate various training programs in compliance with OSHA regulations and standards.
19. Maintain proper documentation and assist with employee relations issues and vendor/supplier communication.
20. Conduct new hire orientation and ensure rules regulations and CBA information is reviewed and understood.
21. Assist with employee recognition programs.
22. Participate in various aspects of safety including participating in safety audits delivery of training programs conducting job safety analysis identification and reconciliation of root cause of safety incidents.
23. Compile and analyze monthly and annual statistics. Prepare and distribute various reports.
24. Assist the HR Manager with Community Engagement activities and other corporate initiatives.
25. Perform other duties as assigned.

27. Technical knowledge/skills:
28. Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite
29. Familiar with standard HR concepts practices and procedures
30. Familiar with and proficient in navigation of HRIS and other related systems (Workday ATS ADP eTime PeopleSoft ArcPlan Aspen or related)
31. Familiar with standard Manufacturing concepts practices and procedures
32. Intermediate knowledge of employment law
33. Exposure to OSHA reporting regulations and compliance

58. Education/Experience:
59. A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
60. 3 years of demonstrated HR experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
