IT Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Services Specialist to join our team providing topnotch IT services to companies in the USA. This role requires a professional who is adept at maintaining cloud infrastructure setting up business suites managing network support and ensuring robust security protocols. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner have excellent communication skills and be proficient in various IT tools and programming languages.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cloud Infrastructure Management:
   

   • Maintain and optimize the cloud infrastructure for businesses.
     
   • Ensure high availability and reliability of cloud services.
     

2. Business Suite Setup:
   

   • Recommend and configure the best business suites tailored to client needs.
     
   • Assist clients in optimizing their operations through effective use of technology.
     

3. Remote Network Support:
   

   • Set up and manage client networks remotely.
     
   • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for network issues.
     

4. Security Protocols:
   

   • Develop implement and maintain security protocols to protect client data.
     
   • Regularly review and update security measures to address new threats.
     

5. Tool Management and Maintenance:
   

   • Learn and master various IT tools used by clients.
     
   • Ensure all tools are maintained and updated regularly.
     

6. Documentation and Diagram Design:
   

   • Create detailed diagrams and documentation for IT processes and systems.
     
   • Maintain clear and accurate records of all IT activities and changes.
     

7. Programming Skills:
   

   • Utilize programming skills to connect and integrate multiple tools and systems.
     
   • Develop custom scripts and solutions to streamline IT operations.
     

8. Remote Diagnosis and Support:
   

   • Collaborate with onsite team members to diagnose and resolve IT issues remotely.
     
   • Provide expert guidance and support to onsite personnel.
     

9. Communication Skills:
   

   • Communicate fluently in English both written and verbal.
     
   • Effectively convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
     

10. Adaptability and Learning:
    

    • Quickly learn new tools and technologies.
      
    • Adapt to changing client needs and implement new solutions as required.
      

11. POCs and Inventory Management:
    

    • Create and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new technologies and solutions.
      
    • Maintain an inventory of devices and perform routine maintenance.
      

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in cloud infrastructure management and network support.
  
• Strong understanding of security protocols and best practices.
  
• Proficiency in programming languages and scripting (e.g. Python JavaScript).
  
• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Ability to design and maintain detailed IT documentation.
  
• Strong communication skills in English.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
