Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team to achieve performance targets and objectives.
  
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the team.
  
• Provide guidance training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  
• Monitor and evaluate team performance providing feedback and taking corrective actions as necessary.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity.
  
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and policies.
  
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
  
• Prepare reports and documentation as required.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 4 years of experience in the automobile industry with a proven track record of team management.
  
• Educational qualification of Plus Two or any degree.
  
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
