Job Description
- Kick-off meeting to discuss transition plan, service requirements, renewal and claim handling instructions
- Finalize service agreement
- Follow up with carriers to confirm BOR in place
- Establish finalized action plans for transition timeline due dates, service plan, and communication protocols
- Set up weekly transition conference calls
- Present client with WTW team chart
- Discuss open/pending claims and finalize claim handling instructions
- Provide copies of policies, current 5 year claims history, copies of current year applications and any currently issued certificates of insurance
- Determine open items with legacy broker(s)
- Address any outstanding items with carriers
- Discuss certificate protocols, including special instructions
- Enter certificate holders into certificate system
- Pre-renewal strategy discussion for deeper dive into Client's business, risks/exposures, develop risk profile analysis in preparation of the renewal strategy meeting
