Job Description
Overall Objective of the Job
The BIM Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating BIM processes and workflows on specific projects ensuring that all BIMrelated activities are aligned with project goals and timelines. This role ensures effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders facilitates the integration of multidisciplinary models and resolves design conflicts to drive project efficiency and accuracy.
Tasks and Responsibilities
BIM Process and Coordination
Develop and implement BIM standards protocols and workflows specific to the project.
Manage and maintain the BIM execution plan ensuring compliance by the project team.
Coordinate the integration of architectural structural and other discipline models to ensure compatibility.
Collaboration and Communication
Foster communication and collaboration between project stakeholders ensuring smooth BIM workflows.
Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings to address project changes design conflicts and issues.
Resolve design clashes using clash detection tools and coordinate the resolution of issues with the relevant teams.
Quality Control and Model Validation
Oversee the validation and quality control process of BIM models to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
Ensure that all BIM deliverables meet project deadlines and specifications.
Continuous Improvement and Research
Stay uptodate with the latest BIM technologies trends and best practices and implement them on the project.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve BIM workflows and the efficiency of the project team.

Requirements
Job Requirements
Educational Level/Required Certificates:
Bachelor s degree in Architecture Engineering or related field.
Experience
35 years of experience working with BIM preferably in project coordination or management.
