Contract Position - Power Bi Developer

Responsibilities:

Understanding and capability to MAP Data sources from SAP BW

Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and understand their needs.

Design and implement data models to support business requirements.

Ensure data accuracy and reliability through ongoing testing and validation.

Optimize performance of Power BI dashboards through best practices.

Troubleshoot datarelated issues and propose solutions.

Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Power BI technologies.

Train endusers on how to use Power BI reports and dashboards effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.

Strong proficiency in SQL querying and data manipulation.

Experience in data modeling ETL development and data warehouse concepts.

Familiarity with Power BI DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) language.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. MCSA: BI Reporting) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Azure services (Azure SQL Azure Data Factory etc.).

Experience in Agile methodologies.

Experience with other Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau QlikView or Looker.
