About the job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence establishing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about the EV industry and committed to contributing to a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the EV infrastructure market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies automotive manufacturers fleet operators and real estate developers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing product development and operations to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
  • Attend industry conferences trade shows and networking events to promote OCU EVolution and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance market trends and customer feedback.
  • Stay informed about government policies incentives and regulations related to EV infrastructure.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

      • Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience preferably in the EV renewable energy or technology sectors.
      • Strong understanding of the EV market charging infrastructure and industry trends.
      • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
      • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
      • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
      • Selfmotivated proactive and resultsoriented.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
      • Willingness to travel as needed.
