Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
Oversee employee onboarding development and retention programs.
Handle employee relations issues providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Conduct performance management and appraisal processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team.
Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational change and development.
Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decisionmaking and improve HR practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management with at least 2 years in a senior role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
