Director of Pharmacy
Position Overview:
Located North of RaleighDurham North Carolina
Oversee pharmaceutical services and department operations.
Manage drug therapy protocols and ensure accurate medication orders.
Provide drug information and education to staff and patients.
Supervise and evaluate departmental personnel.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Position Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Licenses: Active North Carolina Board of Pharmacy license.
Certifications: BLS and ACLS certification (can be completed before start).
Experience: Hospitalbased clinical pharmacy experience.
Skills: Critical thinking decisive judgment minimal supervision.
NicetoHaves: Management or supervisory experience.
