Job Description

Overview:

The role of a Recruiter is pivotal in the organization as it involves identifying attracting and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the company. The Recruiter plays a crucial part in building and maintaining a talented workforce contributing to the company s success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing recruitment plans and strategies to fulfill staffing needs.
  • Utilizing various channels to source potential candidates such as job boards social media and professional networks.
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
  • Managing the offer process including negotiating salary and benefits packages with candidates.
  • Coordinating preemployment assessments and background checks.
  • Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation on all candidates and job requisitions.
  • Providing regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
  • Staying current on recruiting trends and best practices.

Required Qualifications:


  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar recruiting role.
  • Proficiency in recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively evaluate and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
