Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs
• Source potential candidates through online channels social media and professional networks
• Review and analyze resumes to identify top talent
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
• Facilitate the negotiation and offer process with selected candidates
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and streamline the hiring process
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
• Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar technical recruitment role
• Demonstrated knowledge of IT concepts and terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in HR or recruitment is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software
