Overview:
The IT Recruiter plays a crucial role in identifying attracting and hiring top IT talent to support the organizations technology needs. They are responsible for sourcing interviewing and assessing candidates to ensure the best fit for technical positions within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs
- Source potential candidates through online channels social media and professional networks
- Review and analyze resumes to identify top talent
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
- Facilitate the negotiation and offer process with selected candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and streamline the hiring process
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
- Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar technical recruitment role
- Demonstrated knowledge of IT concepts and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in HR or recruitment is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software
