Job Description

Mortgage Administrator with PA Duties

Role Summary:

We have been retained to recruit an experienced professional with a strong background in mortgage administration and financial services. This role based in North West London focuses primarily on mortgage administration (70%) with some personal assistant duties (30%). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of a thriving mortgage brokerage providing comprehensive support to the Director and ensuring seamless business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mortgage Administration: Handle lead management schedule appointments compile and organize client information for compliance audits support advisers with commission queries system challenges and lender onboarding and prepare financial documents.
  • CRM Management: Administer and organize the mortgage industry CRM database ensuring data accuracy and keeping information uptodate.
  • Adviser and Client Support: Foster positive relationships with the director clients advisers and team members handle incoming calls and office inquiries and provide daily support to advisers.
  • Meeting and Marketing Coordination: Coordinate team meetings monthly adviser training sessions and assist with managing marketing deadlines and ideas.
  • Technology Assistance: Address inquiries related to telecommunications IT HR pension/payroll and other industryspecific technology.
  • Confidentiality and Innovation: Handle sensitive information discreetly maintain confidentiality and explore creative ways to support the business and the director.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in mortgage administration/operations
  • Proven customer service and personal assistant experience
  • Proficiency with various systems technologies and MS Office
  • Strong organizational time management and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
  • Discretion and commitment to confidentiality
