The Mid Office Business Analyst at Axpo Polska sp. z o.o. plays a critical role in managing the Deal Life Cycle (DLC) systems and tools ensuring that business requirements are effectively prioritized and implemented. This role involves gathering and documenting business needs participating in user acceptance testing and supporting international business projects from specification to implementation.

What you will do:

• Gather define and document business and functional specifications for DLC IT development and implementation.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with IT and Business and manage the rollout of new processes systems or tools.
• Analyze business data and process flows to propose meaningful actions.
• Collaborate with IT departments and work according to internal business analysis frameworks.
• Support various international business projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure efficient development of DLC IT.
• Ensure DLC processes are documented updated and maintained.

What you bring & who you are:

• University degree in STEM Economics Business Administration or a relevant field; postgraduate education in product/project management or business analysis is a plus.
• 23 years of experience as a Business Analyst for Digital Projects in the banking finance or energy sector.
• Strong expertise in technical analysis and design of business and functional requirements.
• Understanding of technology software development methodologies databases and programming languages.
• Experience with large multilinked IT systems; knowledge of ETRM systems and Atlassian software (JIRA Confluence) is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Polish both spoken and written.
