Job Title: French Customer Support Advisor (Remote in Portugal) Shortterm Contract

Location: Work from Home (Anywhere in Portugal)

Job Description:

As a French Customer Support Advisor you will be the first point of contact for our Frenchspeaking customers. Your role will involve resolving queries offering solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a diverse and enthusiastic team dedicated to making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in French.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers about products services and policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Document and update customer records in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to the improvement of customer support processes.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in French with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in English for internal communication.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required.
  • Resident in Portugal and eligible to work legally.
