Job Description
To identify and approach various sources of cases for this could include banks insurance companies corporates courts chambers of commerce
To onboard various partners into. This would include Arbital institutions arbitrators mediation institutions and mediation centers.
Respond to government and quasigovernment tenders for the provision of online dispute resolution services
Define the value proposition for each of the partners and build programs / schemes based on these value propositions
Help build an on ground sales team depending on the scaling required by the business
Requirements
Strong understanding of value based selling
Meet potential partners and customers on a regular basis
Target based onboarding of customers and partners
Team hiring retention and management.
