Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on the Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) module providing guidance and best practices to project teams and clients.
  

• Design endtoend solutions for time and labour management within Oracle HCM Cloud ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
  

• Lead requirements gathering sessions workshops and stakeholder meetings to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
  

• Develop and maintain project documentation including design documents configuration guides and test scripts.
  

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications including Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) to meet clientspecific requirements ensuring adherence to best practices and system limitations.
  

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers testers and business analysts to ensure successful implementation and integration of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to client s postimplementation addressing issues related to Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) and other HCM modules as needed.
  

• Stay updated on the latest Oracle HCM Cloud releases features and enhancements evaluating their potential impact on existing implementations and recommending appropriate actions.
  

• Mentor junior team members sharing knowledge and best practices to foster their professional development.
  

Requirements

• 10 years designing implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
  
• Proven experience working as an Oracle HCM Cloud Architect with a strong emphasis on Workforce Management specifically with the Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) module in a projectcentric organization.
  
• Indepth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud applications including Core HR Payroll Workforce Management and Absence Management preferably specifically in Time and Labour OTL.
  
• Direct experience configuring and customising Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet business requirements.
  
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
  
• Familiarity with integration methodologies and tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle SOA Suite.
  
• Strong communication and people skills with the ability to interact with clients effectively stakeholders and team members.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Required: Oracle certifications in Oracle HCM
  
• Required: Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.
