This is a remote position.
As an Oracle HCM Solution Architect with expertise in Workforce Management Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing comprehensive solutions for our clients. You will work closely with project teams clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Oracle HCM Cloud configurations.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on the Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) module providing guidance and best practices to project teams and clients.
Design endtoend solutions for time and labour management within Oracle HCM Cloud ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
Lead requirements gathering sessions workshops and stakeholder meetings to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
Develop and maintain project documentation including design documents configuration guides and test scripts.
Configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications including Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) to meet clientspecific requirements ensuring adherence to best practices and system limitations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers testers and business analysts to ensure successful implementation and integration of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to client s postimplementation addressing issues related to Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) and other HCM modules as needed.
Stay updated on the latest Oracle HCM Cloud releases features and enhancements evaluating their potential impact on existing implementations and recommending appropriate actions.
Mentor junior team members sharing knowledge and best practices to foster their professional development.
Requirements
- 10 years designing implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
- Proven experience working as an Oracle HCM Cloud Architect with a strong emphasis on Workforce Management specifically with the Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) module in a projectcentric organization.
- Indepth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud applications including Core HR Payroll Workforce Management and Absence Management preferably specifically in Time and Labour OTL.
- Direct experience configuring and customising Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet business requirements.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration methodologies and tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle SOA Suite.
- Strong communication and people skills with the ability to interact with clients effectively stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Required: Oracle certifications in Oracle HCM
- Required: Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.
