- You are responsible for attending to all the queries requests and issues to provide resolution in a fast and efficient manner related to SAP SuccessFactors Systems.
- Support the execution and ongoing maintenance of all HRrelated systems.
- To design establish and implement the Peoples Services Level Agreement (SLA). Design log all queries and requests on case management system or ticketing tool and update system and documentation.
- Provide aid to managers and employees with timesensitive requests such as SAP SuccessFactors system navigation reports etc.
- Work with all Units Leads to ensure key HR processes are supported by the SAP SuccessFactors or modifying existing SAP SuccessFactors to meet changing requirements.
- Support daytoday SAP SuccessFactors operations including setup customization addressing SAP
- SuccessFactors issues managing system upgrades and other related support.
- Develop communication and training materials coordinate and actively participate and monitor user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Create training materials user guides job aids reference documents and conduct system training for system users.
- Conduct routine tasks on a daily weekly monthly quarterly and yearly basis in support of the regional and local HRIS functions.
- Stay abreast of the SAP SuccessFactors HR processes and upgrades.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality related to business or employee information protected by company policy and federal/state regulations.
- Facilitating SAP SuccessFactors process walkthrough/onboarding/workshops to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
- Client facing role to determine business/functional/technical requirements.
- Identifying how SuccessFactors solution can be best utilised to meet HR requirements.
- Providing support to all HRrelated systems to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time within your category of employment in the organisation and for the effective implementation maintenance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience with one (1) year supervisory experience; five (5) years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors domain and processes implementing SuccessFactors modules including requirements gathering testing documentation and final solution rollout.
- Preferable experience with SAP SuccessFactors Module: Employee Central Recruitment Onboarding/Offboarding Employee Central Payroll Succession Planning LMS Career Development Plan Performance Management.
