Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source potential candidates through online channels job boards social media and networking events. - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
- Manage job postings and maintain the manual applicant tracking record to ensure accurate and uptodate candidate information.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
- Conduct onboarding for new hires including facilitating orientation sessions explaining company policies and procedures and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role with a track record of successfully recruiting candidates across various levels and functions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
