About the Role:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring DT lessons that spark creativity problemsolving skills and practical abilities
• Develop students design thinking technical skills and understanding of manufacturing processes
• Foster a love for handson learning and exploration within the design and technology field
• Contribute to the development of our curriculum to ensure it is relevant engaging and provides opportunities for creative problemsolving
• Play a vital role in our supportive and inclusive school community

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Design and Technology or a relevant subject
• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for design innovation and practical learning
• Excellent communication collaboration and classroom management skills
• A commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment where all students can explore their design potential
