Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Speaker/Webinar Presenter for our webinar series Placement After Graduation from CodeGym University. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in recruiting and hiring tech personnel in the LATAM region combined with an understanding of behavioural psychology in passing the interview and communication with recruiters and hiring managers. You will deliver a 2hour webinar each month updating content to reflect the latest trends.

Tasks

  • Deliver monthly webinars on Placement After Graduation from CodeGym University focusing on looking for the first job in Tech in LATAM
  • Share insights on hiring tech personnel
  • Apply behavioural psychology principles to hiring processes
  • Share pieces of advice and tips on how to pass all stages of HR and technical interviews to get the offer
  • Update and revise PPT presentations with relevant data

Requirements

  • Experience in tech recruitment particularly in LATAM and USA
  • Knowledge of behavioural psychology in hiring
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Webinar experience is a plus
