About you:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  
  
• Minimum 8 years experience working on local Facade Projects
  
  
• A portfolio of buildings projects in Melbourne/Australia
  
  
• A deep understanding of facade systems and materials - glass, aluminum, steel, timber, concrete
  
  
• Strong knowledge of combustibility, acoustics, cladding, weatherproofing and thermal performance
  
  
• Management of multiple multi-million dollar projects
  
  
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
  
  
• A strong local network of clients and architects across the industry
  
  
• Business development skills, bid and tender creation
  
  
• An approachable mentor with strong leadership skills.
