Job Description
We are a recruitment company based in Colombo Sri Lanka and we are currently looking for a Senior Process Associate Accounts Receivable for one of the reputed companies in Sri Lanka.

Job Role
- Process and manage incoming payments ensuring timely and accurate posting to customer accounts.
- Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on accounts receivable status.
- Collaborate with internal departments and customers to resolve billing issues and improve payment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in process management data analysis or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and support.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial transactions.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
