We are seeking a VP of Sales to strategically drive our SaaS business from $5M to $10M in ARR. This role is suited for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in B2B sales ideally within the proptech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead SaaS business growth and scale ARR efficiently.
  • Oversee key metrics such as ARR MRR pipeline management and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with executive teams to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
  • Lead robust negotiations and close deals propelling growth in a competitive landscape.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a VP of Sales in a SaaS environment.
  • Documented success in scaling ARR from $5M to $10M.
  • Indepth knowledge of SaaS metrics and a strategic approach to sales.
  • B2B sales experience preferably in the proptech industry.
  • Experience in home automation property management or hospitality/shortterm rental industries highly desirable.
Compensation:
  • Competitive salary split between 50% base and 50% uncapped commission.
  • On Target Earning ($300k) 5050/4060/6040
