Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Lead and manage hospitality design projects from initial concept to final handover ensuring they meet requirements and organizational standards.
• Develop project plans timelines and budgets and ensure adherence to them.
• Coordinate with clients stakeholders and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Design Development:

• Oversee the creation and refinement of architectural plans ensuring designs are innovative functional and aligned with the latest industry trends.
• Review and approve design drawings specifications and materials.
• Ensure all design deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of designers fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Provide guidance and support to team members ensuring their professional growth and development.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Revit for creating detailed design models. Working proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp and Lumion / Vray.
• Ability to produce detailed Architecture and Interior drawing sets.
• Ability to develop BIM model meeting LOD 100 to 350 requirements during various phases of the projects.
• Ability to review the model / ensure quality control on the model and extract layouts from the 3D model like Architectural Plans elevations sections plumbing drawings and other services.
• Preparation of site works tender including specifications and bill of material
• Strong rendering skills to produce highquality visualizations of design concepts.
• Good knowledge of FF&E (Furniture Fixtures & Equipment) and their application in hospitality projects.

Innovation and Trends:

• Stay uptodate with the latest design trends materials and technologies.
• Integrate new ideas and innovations into design projects.
• Encourage and facilitate creative thinking and experimentation within the team.

Qualifications:

• B.Arch / M.Arch from an accredited institution.

• 3 years of experience in architecture with a proven track record in hospitality projects.
• Experience in leading and managing projects from concept to handover.

• Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD SketchUp Lumion / Vray / Enscape
• Strong rendering skills and experience with rendering software.
• Good knowledge of FF&E and its application in hospitality projects.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present design concepts and proposals effectively.

• Keen attention to detail in all aspects of design and documentation.
