Overview

Key responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the technical team.
• Conduct gap analysis and assist in solution design.
• Perform data analysis to support decisionmaking.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation.
• Assist in the testing and validation of solutions.
• Provide support in the implementation of new systems or processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and resolve issues and risks related to business processes.
• Assist in training and onboarding of users for new systems.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve project goals.
• Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes to business processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process optimization and efficiency.
• Support the development of business cases and feasibility studies for new initiatives.

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Demonstrated understanding of business processes and workflow.
• Proficiency in data analysis and business modeling tools.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with business process reengineering and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within the industry.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and business analysis software.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) is a plus.
