Your tasks:

• You are the first point of contact for our patients and ensure that each of them receives firstclass advice
• With your empathy and natural charm you build trust and make patients feel comfortable booking their treatment through us
• You guide patients through the entire process from the first phone call travel bookings contact with the clinics to the medical procedure
• Dont like cold calling With us you only contact prefiltered leads!
• You love the combination of both worlds sales and customer service

Your skillset:

• You speak English on a native level
• You already have professional experience in sales & customer service e.g. gastronomy hotel industry retail or in a call center
• You are exceptionally communicative you love talking to people or talking on the phone and know how to express yourself perfectly
• You are also highly motivated structured and serviceoriented you dont give up until you have reached your goal
• professional healthcare experience is a big plus
