Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude.
- Follow communication procedures and policies.
- Evaluate and make decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines.
Work Schedule:
- 40 hours per week 8 hours per day.
- Rotational shifts: 7am to 3:30pm or 3:30pm to midnight (other variations possible for coverage).
- Two days off during the week.
- After approval to work from home weekday morning shifts offer the choice of home or office work.
- Weekend or late shifts must be worked from home.
Training:
- Initial 2week training period in the office Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm.
- Continued office work for 68 weeks until independent performance is reached.
Requirements
- EU passport holder
- Proficient Dutch language skills and basic to conversational English skills.
- No previous experience required.
- Strong PC skills and ability to learn new computer tools.
- Good communication and strong analytical skills.
- Decisionmaking skills attention to detail and empathy.
