Job Description
Salary: Started RM9000 RM9800
Job Requirements
- Age: 2535
- High school diploma or hotel related courses.
- Ability to read and communicate in Korean / Thai and Chinese & English.
- 1 year experience as a Butler or Executive Floors in a five star hotel preferred.
- Knowledge of Front Operations F&B and Housekeeping.
- Strong customer service skills and anticipating the needs of internal / external customers.
- Ability to work on flexible shift including overnight weekends and holiday on rotation basis.
- Ability to work on overtime when needed.
Responsibility:
Villas Butler is responsible to attend to the needs and wants of the Villa VIP guests to ensure that they have a memorable stay experience. Villas Butler will be the 24/7 point of contact for the Villas VIP guests.
- Strong customer service skills and anticipating the needs of internal / external customers.
- Ability to read and communicate in Cantonese / Mandarin / English.
- Ability to work on flexible shift including overnight weekends and holiday on rotation basis.
- Ability to work on overtime when needed.
