Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced QA Head to lead our Quality Assurance efforts and
ensure the delivery of highquality software products. You will be responsible for developing and
implementing a comprehensive QA strategy overseeing a team of QA professionals and driving
continuous improvement in our quality processes.
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Identify and implement best practices in software testing methodologies tools and techniques.
Stay uptodate with the latest trends and innovations in the QA field.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals providing coaching guidance and support.
Foster a collaborative and resultsoriented environment within the QA team.
Recruit onboard and develop the skills of QA team members.
Process Improvement:
Define and implement effective QA processes across all software development projects.
Streamline workflows and identify opportunities for automation to increase efficiency.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of QA processes and make improvements
as needed.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure the delivery of highquality mobile and web applications through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans test cases and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Champion the adoption of automation testing frameworks such as Selenium and Appium.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects promptly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in a QA leadership role.
Proven experience in developing and implementing QA strategies.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Solid knowledge of testing methodologies tools and techniques (including manual and
automation testing).
Expertise in mobile and web application testing including Selenium and Appium.
Expertise in web application testing with Selenium.
Excellent communication collaboration and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
