Job Description
Align with relevant cluster on the OKRs and the set target per cluster
Train cluster AMs on the new features and projects
Provide weekly hit list of top offending vendors in different KPIs to the cluster AMs and Leader
Have a daily standup meeting with each cluster to follow up on a branch-level performance
Own the new regional projects related to vendors' performance enhancement ex (Beehive 2.0) in their cluster
