Recruitment Consultant

• Manage and collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop solutions and tailored recruitment strategies.
  
• Manager and oversee sourcing projects and methods from job boards social media networking and referrals to attract the right talents.
  
• Build rapport and understand candidates through conversations interviews and assessments to evaluate their suitability for specific clients.
  
• Facilitate interviews between candidates and clients while also providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  
• Negotiate offers and manage the placement process to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
  
• Speak with prospective clients on future hiring plans answering queries and checking with them on potential collaborations.
  

Requirements

• You have a great mindset and a stone wall mentality no prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  
• You love to communicate and mingle with people and you re not afraid to put yourself out there to make a name for yourself.
  
• You like your work organised and you value punctuality and the time of others
  
• You have a sense of entrepreneurship and a strong ownership of your work.
  
• You have a great attention to detail and you re someone who is meticulous about how their work is done
  

• We practice a hybrid arrangement of which you will be able to work up to 3 days from home and 2 days in the office.
  
• We follow a flexible working schedule in which you can start anytime from 7:30 am to 9:30 am and you can sign off work 9 hours after you have started.
