What you ll do on a daily basis:
- Manage and collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop solutions and tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manager and oversee sourcing projects and methods from job boards social media networking and referrals to attract the right talents.
- Build rapport and understand candidates through conversations interviews and assessments to evaluate their suitability for specific clients.
- Facilitate interviews between candidates and clients while also providing guidance and support throughout the process.
- Negotiate offers and manage the placement process to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Speak with prospective clients on future hiring plans answering queries and checking with them on potential collaborations.

Working Arrangement:
- We practice a hybrid arrangement of which you will be able to work up to 3 days from home and 2 days in the office.
- We follow a flexible working schedule in which you can start anytime from 7:30 am to 9:30 am and you can sign off work 9 hours after you have started.
