• Intrusion detection DMZ encryption and proxy services Site to Site VPN tunnels MPLS/VPN and SSL/VPN
  
  
• Networking protocols including TCP/IP UDP DHCP DNS FTP VOIP (SIP H.323 MGCP) and Quality of Service (QoS)
  
  
• L2/L3 protocols like VLANs STP VTP MPLS and trunking
  
  
• Windows client/server operating systems networking technologies and firewalls
  
  
• Access control server configuration for RADIUS & TACACS.
  
• Handson experience in the following areas:
  
  
• Deploying and troubleshooting Aruba Central wireless heat maps and controllers
  
  
• Installing configuring and troubleshooting of switches routersfirewalls & wireless devices.
  
  
• Network monitoring/management tools such as Wire shark TCPdump Cisco Prime Net flow PRGT and SolarWinds

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting IT/network operations.
  
• Delivers an exceptional customer providing infrastructure support.
  
• Handles a team of engineers
  

• Ensure team works positively to support clients
  

• Taking ownership of the SLA violated cases from engineers and working with client team to provide root cause analysis.
  

• Advanced skills and knowledge and adherence to change management process.
  

• Excellent knowledge of network monitoring tools ITSM tools and reporting tools (Power BI GDS)
  

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Projectetc.
