Engineer - Support

• Handson experience in troubleshooting routing protocols like RIP EIGRP and OSPF.
  

• Handson experience in troubleshooting LAN VLAN or wirelessrelated issues.
  

• Basic knowledge of working on models from Cisco PaloAlto.
  

• Knowledge of Network Monitoring Tools i.e. SolarWinds Logic Monitor Cisco DNA Cacti Datadog.
  

• Network support or Network operations/troubleshooting experience
  

• Basic troubleshooting knowledge on wireless technology.

• Serves as a technical resource to other functional groups and individuals to improve service quality and user experience.
  

Licenses/Certificates/Designations

• IT industry networking certifications such as CCNA/JNCIA.
