Job Description
Training Basket is seeking a talented and experienced 3D Renderer and 2D Floorplan Designer to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be integral in visualising and creating impressive 3D renderings and detailed 2D floor plans for residential apartment projects.
- Generate highquality 3D renderings of architectural designs and interiors from sketches blueprints or other resources.
- Develop precise and detailed 2D floor plans.
- Collaborate with architects interior designers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and client satisfaction.
- Modify and refine designs using working drawings 3D models and architectural software.
- Stay updated with new design techniques software and industry trends.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling visualisation and animation software such as 3D Studio Max SketchUp or equivalent.
- Expertise in CAD software for drafting 2D designs.
- Strong portfolio showcasing highquality 3D rendering and 2D floorplan design skills.
- Excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Educational Requirement: Graduate
