Job Description
Director of Labor & Delivery
Position Overview:
Location: Southwest of RaleighDurham North Carolina
Responsibilities: Organize direct and supervise OB unit functions. Maintain policy compliance and safe staffing levels. Ensure adequate supplies and equipment. Manage efficient patient throughput. Develop implement and manage the department budget. Engage in quality and performance improvement. Promote staff professional development and ensure competency completion. Communicate essential information to CNO and senior leadership. Our client seeks a passionate leader committed to excellence in Labor and delivery.
Position Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
License: Registered Nurse in North Carolina or Compact state required.
Certification: BLS required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a directorlevel role required.
