The Skills and expertise youll need to perform this remote position is Sales Staffing/Consulting Staffing Services VMS/MSP Zoom Dynamics CRM MS Office MS Outlook. This role is in the Sales industry and a Bachelors degree is required as well youll need to have 710 years of Staffing and Recruiting experience. If you are in search of a niche in the Staffing industry that blends
innovation with your experience this is a great opportunity for you to
explore.

You will be identifying and closing new business opportunities building customer relationships and growing our overall US market share. Your primary focus will be to expand our company Service Model (MSP for Direct Hire) to Enterprise and MidSize clients across the US. You will also identify and close net new Direct Hire and Contingent professional staffing opportunities.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) as well as midmarket companies.
  • Manage sales opportunities present solutions provide product demonstration and close sales.
  • Manage complex sales cycle and influence/persuade various levels of decisionmaking.
    Achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with prospects and customers.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must reside in the US.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a true sales hunter approach
  • 710 years Professional Staffing/Consulting Experience
  • 7 years selling staffing services into Enterprise clients.
  • 7 years selling Professional Services.
  • Strong career progression.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Experience / Involved in the RPO MSP VMS sales process.
  • Wellconnected in the Talent Ecosystem community (TA Procurement MSP CW Program leaders).
  • Strong established relationships with key decision makers in Tech Finance Engineering etc..
  • Strong Customer Service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Minimum Bachelors degree.
  • Techsavvy proficiency using tools such as Zoom Dynamics CRM MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
